the help

30 January 2012

newest place to park, drink, and take a moment for herself.

Things Julia brought and dumped in my running shower this morn (after she'd had her fill of staring of course): handful of chocolate chips, jar of peanut butter, the contents of her bottom dresser drawer, a pair of scissors, and the pacifier that was keeping a sleeping Sebastian content.

She is and remains to be ever the helpful elf.

  1. Hahahahahahaha....can't breathe because I'm laughing too hard. I'm not brave enough to shower when they're still awake. Here's to you!

  2. I am thoroughly impressed that you have already showered today. Obviously I am doing a little too much blog reading today and little bit too little anything else even remotely productive. Again I say, way to go!
Beezie has the same bottle, twinzies!

  3. Dude, it's like a day at the spa. That's why she hangs out there, as for the accessories, well, every girl knows you can't go to the spa w/out essentials like food, drink and clothing...

    Go Julia!

  6. Bahahahaha! This pic is priceless. I love the nonchalant leg up too.
Funny thing though, Tagg kept trying to throw his toys in the shower with me this morning to "share" (electric toys and all). Fortunately no younger siblings to disturb yet though.

  9. My trick is to get the baby asleep and then just take the toddler in the shower with me, unless by some miracle I can get them both to sleep at the same time in which case I would usually much rather sleep with them than shower. Love the picture, that rug does look pretty cozy I guess :)
